Real Ingredients means the freshest, most magical flavors! We use 100% REAL BUTTER! No shortening! If you’re going to enjoy a cake, enjoy it! Let it be an amazing experience! When it comes to our fillings, it’s real, fresh fruit or nothing! We use fresh fruit purees we make in house - never a jam! Finally, we make our own Caramel and use only high quality, real chocolate to flavor cakes. Your special day isn’t about cutting corners! It’s about enjoying the most beautiful, special cake you can!

All cakes deserve to be sweet, moist and look beautiful. To make this happen, Magical Girl finishes all her cakes in a homemade Vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream and soaks her cakes with a simple syrup to keep cakes extra moist and perfect in every bite.
What makes my cakes magical?
Frosting is a combination of butter and icing sugar whipped till its light and fluffy with a splash of vanilla. Buttercream is a silky smooth less sweet option compared to frosting. The type of buttercream used on Magcial Girl cakes is a Swiss meringue buttercream.
